Yes. Shaliach runs the day-to-day operations of 4 real businesses

Since 6 September 2026 the person who makes Shaliach has run his own businesses on it: a team of Claude Code agents on his own server, with him tapping approve on his phone for anything that spends money or goes public. These are the receipts.

Atlas, the short answer: Can Shaliach run a company? Yes, the day-to-day operations: inbox, sales outreach, daily posting, video, site fixes and deploys, monitoring and a morning brief. It is not autonomous, by design: every payment, publish and outward email waits for one tap from the owner.

The four businesses

Chairside Reels

A video app (chairsidereels.com). The team fixes and deploys the site, reviews code, watches production and works on sales.

  1. Production went down: the cloud provider declined a card. The team found the cause within minutes and put it in front of the owner; the site came back as soon as billing reopened, and a standing watch now checks it.

  2. Code review found a critical access bug. QA confirmed it on the live site and it was fixed before any real customer signed up.

  3. The “Continue with Google” button silently did nothing (a security header blocked the form). Hotfixed the same day; every release now tests that button.

  4. The sign-up funnel showed people leaving at Google sign-in, so the team built email sign-in. US visitors saw £, so prices now show in the visitor's currency.

Holiday-villa video offer

Property videos for holiday-villa agencies (villas.yairtech.co.uk).

  1. Outreach to holiday-villa agencies in the UK and the UAE: written, sent and followed up by the team, with the owner approving the sends.

Five YouTube music channels

Daily uploads on five YouTube music channels.

  1. Posting every day without the owner touching it.

  2. Caught “stress relief” in titles, a health claim YouTube's rules can punish. Re-titled, and the publishing code now blocks it (test written first).

  3. Caught duplicate titles before they posted, and a dry run caught a blurry Shorts crop before the first Short went up.

Yossi-Yair Edits

Clip channels that cut and post short clips.

  1. Four clip channels posting 8 clips a day.

  2. A partner needed his own login: per-user separation was checked and a change-password page shipped, test-first.

Across all four

  1. A morning brief on the owner's phone at 8:00, every day.

  2. A nightly sweep found two working copies with 11 commits that lived on one machine. Everything went to GitHub, and the sweep runs every night.

  3. A public post showed details about the setup that should not be public. It came down, and every agent now follows a rule against it.

What the human still does

He sets the direction in one message to Atlas, the chief of staff. He taps Allow or Not today when an agent wants to pay, publish, log in or email someone outside. When he corrects an agent, the correction is saved as a lesson that every agent follows. That is the whole job, and it is the point: the team does the work, the owner keeps the yes.
