Write to admin@yairtech.co.uk. We aim to answer within 3 working days. Tell us your iPhone or Mac model, the app version and what you saw. Never send your access token or pairing code.
Getting started
- Shaliach is the iPhone and Mac window for a Shaliach server that you run, on your own Mac or a small Linux server. The apps don't include a server: our team installs one for you. Book a demo.
- No server yet? On the iPhone, tap Try a demo on the connect screen. It opens the whole app on sample desks, on your phone only, and sends nothing anywhere.
- To connect your own: on your server, open Settings, then Pair a device, and paste the pairing code into the app. Or enter the server's address and token by hand. The token is kept in your device's Keychain.
Common questions
- "Your deck didn't answer" or "Is your VPN on?" The phone must reach your server: the same network, or the VPN you use for it. Check that the server is running and that the address is the one in your Mac app's settings.
- The pairing code doesn't work. Codes are single-use and expire. Make a new one on your server and paste the whole code.
- Calls don't start. Live calls need an OpenAI key on your server. Without one, everything else works.
- Where does my data go? To your server, and from there to the AI services you set up. Nothing comes to us. Read the privacy policy.
- Removing a device. In the app, Disconnect forgets the server and its token. On your server you can revoke the device's token at any time.
